Wood-plastic products can be extruded directly by single extruder,2-step extrusion can be acheived as well. With high output,stable extrusion, good plasticizing effect,energy-saving,space-saving. Optimal design of screw leads to smaller shear force which ensures the materials a uniform residence time in the machine. Screw barrel adopts bi-metallic treatment, wear resistant&corrosion resistant which extends its service life. Wood powder & plant fiber is up to max.50%-65%.
