GLPOLY XK-S30 is two-component packaged in volume of 1:1 for ease of dispensing process. This material will cure at room temperature, also accelerated by extra heat. From the data known, there are five temperature levels A, E, B, F, H for automotive motor, and the max temperature is 180. GLPOLY thermal gap filler is a mixture of silicone oil and thermally conductive powder crosslinked, providing a temperature resistance of 200 that will satisfy automotive motor application requirement. In this project, customer requested us to test thermal gap filler exceeding max temperature for over 1000 hrs, that was not a performance aging test only.
