The device adopts single-chip as the control core, 4.3-inch color LCD module as a human-computer interaction interface, it is specially designed for tape conveyor, with functions of the main drive, deviation, emergency stop, vertical tear and other protections as a whole, it also has functions of start warning, malfunction alarm. The device adopts high-performance microcomputer as the control core, to control and protect the motor through the acquisition, analysis, and calculation of the operation state signal. It has functions of overload, phase loss, leakage lock, short circuit and other protections, at the same time with the functions of control the start and stop of the motor and alignment display of the deviation and emergency stop malfunction. It can real-time display the belt running speed, tape tension, drum temperature, motor voltage, current and other parameters when normal operation.
