The AC 380V cable relies on the reeling device to realize the cable drum powered material transfer cart power supply. The reeling device is placed under the material transfer cart, and the power is directly controlled by the AC control system to start and stop the motor, such as start, stop forward, backward,and so on.
The operating system is low-voltage 36V power supply control. To avoid damage the cable, we add a cable drum as a coiling and uncoiling wire device. Due to the limitation of the cable, it is suitable for a short-distance rail transportation system, but with its structure is simple and the price is low, it is also a very common rail transportation equipment in the workshop.
