Basically the door leaf frame is being manufactured by using German LVL or Beach Wood.
If the door is fire rated the Core of the Door Leaf is manufactured by using a solid Chip Chip Core originating from Germany. If it is a non fire rated Door it would be a Tubular core manufactured in Germany.
The two sides of the door will be sandwiched by using two 3 mm HDF sheets manufactured in Spain.
On to the two HDF sheets we paste a 0.4 mm thick 0.4 mm natural Veneer. If the Customer needs a laminated Finish we apply a 0.8 mm laminate instead of the Natural Veneer. The natural veneers are imported from China and they would be from AAA surface quality.
The edge of the four sides of the door shall be done by using an appropriate veneer, laminate or a PVC edge banding depending on the requirement of the client.
IF natural veneer is used we could finish the door by using a PU or a NC finish.
The door frame can be made by using LVL or Hardwood timber. The Finishing of the door frame could achieve by either using a PVC film or a painted Finish.
