We use silicasol shell lost wax casting process and soluble glass investment casting process to produce all kinds of investment casting with the material of stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, aluminum, ductile cast iron, supper alloy and copper. Also we have many advanced cnc machines: 10 sets of cnc machining centers, 8 sets of cnc turning machines, 15 sets of cnc milling machines, 20 sets of cnc lathes. We use the latest los-wax casting equipments, engaged an expert from taiwan who has more than 30 years in this line as our technical consultant.We offer all kinds of precision castings from 0.05kg to 50kg.We can manufacture precision casting parts from stainless steel,carbon steel,heat-resistent steel and the other materails.We use spectrum analysis to control the composition of the molten steel.(products classification:pump&valves/motor enclosure/construction machine components/Machine Tool parts/aluminum &bronze casting parts/others).
