Note 4 POP: Allocation letter from the supplier in the name of the selling company and a certificate issued by a public lawyer, certifying that the product is available in the name of the final buyer.

INITIALLY THE BUYER ISSUES A SBLC OR DLC FROM A PRIME 50 TOP MUNDIAL BANK, IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE MONTH OF SUPPLY AS A GUARANTEE, UNCONDITIONAL, CONFIRMED, IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, OPERATIVE, SIGNABLE AND CASH BACKED, WITH MATURITY FOR ONE YEAR AND ONE DAY.
The Payments will be released to the seller at the port of loading port agaisnt shipping documents through POP, the amount of each BL (Bill of Loading), SGS (Quality Certificate) or equivalent international certification, together with all the documents and export procedures, as detailed on the contract.
