Work principle:The main body consists of a set of blades mounted on the main shaft and three sets of blades with circumferential distribution mounted on the body.The movable blades are in helix shape and with slope on the edge. The rubber material, which is cut repeatedly by the blades, has been crushed and scrubbed continuously in the machine. Clean and soft rubber is forced to the outlet by the driving shafts, after that the scrapers on the outlet cuts off the rubber being extruded into smaller pieces for the use in sheeting.
