The FILLER MASTERBATCH PE products are used as the filler for processing aids, cost reduction, anti-blocking, whitening and dimension stability for finish products. FILLER MASTERBATCH â?? PE is compatible with virgin or recycled PE, PP, PS or ABS. Specialized for blown film of shopping bags (T-shirt) with adding rate 5 80%, and for other technology such as injection molding, extrusion blow molding with typical products are bottles, pipes or EVA films.

Filler Masterbatch is compounded of Calcium carbonate, polymer resin and other additives. It is used very popular in the industry of plastic (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, coated, laminate, raffia,… ) to reduce the production cost and improve some properties of final products. Masterbatch will be packed into PP/PE bag (25kg/bag) with label that following inquiry of customers. – Fullfilled bags will be put over pallets before loading into container.

VC-PE (Polyethylene)/ VC-PP (Polypropylene) Filler Masterbatch contains 70%~80% Calcium Carbonate with natural white. It is easy to disperse with good compatibility. Reduce input material cost. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, flexural strength, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from burning therefore prevents further environmental pollution. Applications Injection Molding, PE Plastic, PE Bottle, PP woven bag, PP Pipe, PP non-woven. Basing on detail requirement of customer, Vinacolour also develops customized grades with special colour such as black, blue, yellow or added features by using additivies for increasing strength, gloss, stiffness, etc.
