Overview
BR140 4-roll Section Bending Machine is a hydraulic four-section Section Bending Machine. It is used to roll steel sections into circular, circular and spiral shapes. It can be used to complete pre-bending, rolling, and rounding operations at a time.
BR140 4-roll Section Bending Machine The upper roller is a fixed roller, the lower roller can be moved laterally, and the profile can be clamped by applying pressure through the cylinder. Left and right sides of the roller can be moved laterally, and pressure can be applied through the cylinder to achieve profile pressing.
The winding circle is driven by the motor driving the four drive shafts through the reduction gear box. BR140 4-roll Section Bending Machine The upper and lower left and right four work rolls are the main drive rolls. Through the cylinder pressure, the tie roller clamps the steel to effectively overcome the slippage phenomenon when the profile is rolled.
The digital display device can display the real-time rolling state of the material, and is particularly suitable for large-volume rolling of the same size steel. Easy to display, data at a glance. High processing efficiency, convenient and quick operation.
The BR140 4-roll Section Bending Machine is equipped with a roller device that is mechanically driven. The rollers can be lifted and rotated to facilitate the correcting of various asymmetric section profiles.
Features
The two upper and lower work rolls are clamped to each other and are the main drive roller, completely overcoming the slippage phenomenon when the profile is rolled.
Radial bearings are roller bearings with high bearing capacity.
The lift and rotation of the guide roller are mechanically driven, which is convenient and reliable.
The two bending rollers are hydraulically driven and the digital display shows high processing efficiency and convenient operation.
The BR140 4-roll Section Bending Machine adopts a vertical (vertical upright) arrangement. The up and down of the profile and the rolling system are convenient and safe.
The unique combined dust cover prevents iron filings, scales, etc. from entering the case during the profile rolling process, protecting the bearings and gears.
