LACTINMILKS are skimmed and full cream milk powders blends and replacers. They are entirely made from milk ingredients only or composed from milk and vegetable ingredients.
The fat content may vary from 1% up to 45 %, the protein content may vary from 7% up to 30%.
Products are used mainly in industry - for baking, ice cream and confectionery purposes.
