Stainless Steel Pipe Mill
Stainless steel pipe making machine is designed for manufacturing stainless steel straight welded pipe for metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery and vehicle industries. To be specific, the stainless steel pipe production line can produce round pipe, square and rectangular tube through cold rolled forming and TIG welding technology.
This pipe making machine adopts long steel strip as the material to manufacture steel pipes according to requested size by cold rolled forming and argon arc welding method.

Overview In-line Bright Annealing Equipment is mainly used to in-line anneal AISI 300 and AISI 400 stainless steel pipe. The annealing process is completed under a controlled atmosphere (Pure Hydrogen) in order to assure the brightness of the surface and to re-gain the natural hardness of the material before forming and welding. Tube straightening is not required after the process. In-line bright annealing equipment is based on Mosfet and IGBT transistor technology, and is available with output frequencies ranging from 10-400kHz and output power from 50-500kW according to requirements. It is used for continuous bright annealing, in a controlled atmosphere (pure hydrogen, while argon is utilized to flush the unit) of stainless steel welded pipes. This type of equipment is generally installed on weld lines that utilise the TIG or laser method and it enables continuous annealing and allows the surface of the pipe produced to be cleaned and polished. The pipe is heated to a temperature of approximately 1,200°C and is then conduction-cooled so that large volumes of gas are not made to circulate. The equipment is supplied complete with gas management system, inductor, cooling tunnel, mobile support, equipment cooling system, temperature control system and control panel.
All rolls and tools that are used on the BG pipe making machine are internally designed and produced. BG has a special department that is equipped with modern equipment and skilled personnel. BG makes rolls for production of round, square, rectangular, plum blossom, flat, oval, fan-shaped, polygonal, groove, door-frame, special-shaped tubes and for others profiles. Roller sets/Mould are parts of stainless steel making machine. Different size of roller will influence the tube/pipe size. Bigger roller will make large tube. Therefore, Roller is essential in stainless steel making machine. BG moulds are made of high quality material Cr12Mov/SKD-11. With high wearing resistance, good strength and toughness, high pressure resistance, high hardness and hardenability properties, it's the first choice material for roll sets. All steel rolls, after the heat treatment, are rectified on the total surface. Process: Raw material-material testing-forging-sawing-lathe-drilling-lathe-CNC lathe-grinding-quenching-hardness testing-internal and external grinding-testing-packing.

We are glad to propose 500 MT of stain less steel mill scale. Mill scale is formed on the outer surfaces during by the hot rolling lamination of stainless-steel products. At a visual inspection the material is a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in colour, but it also contains considerable alloying elements such as chromium and nickel. The recovery ratio after melting in furnace for the most valuable alloy elements is: - Ni: 3.5 - 4.5% - Cr: 6-8% From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the European environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list. In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows: Waste code: 10 02 10 The material is stored on cemented flooring, and it can be loaded loose in tipper trucks or containers.
