Electronic Belt Weigher
Electronic Belt Weigher, manufactured and installed on belt conveyor, is used for weighing and measuring of continuous material flow and cumulant. It has features of high accuracy, reliability and meeting the needs of various poor environment industry occasions. It is widely used for industries of building material, chemical, metallurgy, coal, grain, forage and electric power, etc.
1. Main features:
1.1 Weighing range: 0.1~5000t/h;
1.2 Weighing mode: Single idler, double idlers, four idlers;
1.3 Weighing accuracy: ± 0.5%;
1.4 Max inclination and idler grooved angle of belt conveyor: Angle of inclination: 0° ~18° ; Grooved angle: 0° ~35° ;
1.5 Instrument display instantaneous flow rate, cumulant, load and speed;
1.6 Instrument has signal transfer function and interacts with upper computer by switch analog. It has protocol interfaces of RS-232C\RS-485C\MODELBUS and can realize the function of FROFEIBUS DP by external module.
1.7 Alarm for overrun of belt load;
1.8 In the condition of power-off, parameters permanently saved, the data saved for 10 years.
1.9 Operation environment: Instrument: -10~50 degree Celsius; Scale frame: -30~50 degree Celsius; Relative humidity: 90%; Power supply: 24VDC;
2. Working theory:
Belt weighter is used for weighing measurement of various flow rate and continuous material.
The load cell gets some belt's load, the longer the measuring section belt's length is, the less measuring result will be affected by outside environment. Load cell measures the belt's load, and speed sensor measures the speed of belt. These two variables multiply and get the instantaneous flow rate. Then the accumulation of instantaneous flow rate will get the total amount of conveying material.
Standard configuration of KLD Electronic Truck Scale: KLD Weighbridge Truck Scale is mainly consisted of weighing platform, high accuracy weighing load cell and weighing indicator. Printer, scoreboard and computer management system are optional so as to complete the requirements of data management and transmission on the higher level. Main features of electronic weighbridge truck scale weighing indicator: 1. use imported A/D conversion chip, which has rich practical experience in the market; 2. high resolution, can reach 1/500000; 3. self fault diagnosis function and tare two-way recovery function; 4. battery indication and low battery protection; 5. can use single-layer, duplex and three-ply weight list, can be equipped with weighing software and connected to the computer. The body of truck scale is nude pack and the accessories are packed in carton or wooden case.
