Specifications:- * Manufactured according to BS 476 Part22, 1976 * Leaves are suitably reinforced and insulated * Door Leafs are of 46 mm thickness constructed from 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm electrogalvanised steel sheet conforming to ASTM specification * Steel sheets are mechanically lock-seamed along the vertical hinge and lock sides * The interlock provides maximum strength to the door to resist high temperature and prevents any deformation * Specially constructed internal reinforcements are done to incorporate and protect the hardware items * Electrogalvanised steel provides the extra margin of corrosion resistance * Gaps around the door leaves in the event of fire are quickly filled by the expansion of both door and frame which assists any smoke seal requirements
