Cleaning Principle:
Dry ice blast cleaning machine is the use of high-speed flow of compressed air mixed with dry ice pellets particles, through the spray gun nozzle into cleaning subject, make the surface fouling engine-grease produce cold crack, delaminating, was finally a cleaning method of impact stripping. The cleaning method belong to dry cleaning, dry ice will be instant vaporization, no residue, do not produce secondary waste, can be directly clean the production line without affect, the force is relatively weak compare to sandblast, it is non-destructive decontamination, does not hurt the equipment and damage of the mould.
