Coir needled felt mats are non-woven mats made from 100% coir fibre. The fibre is selected, dried and then weaved in the needle felt machine for required thickness. Then the needle is punched to achieve the desired degree of compaction. The fibre is bonded to form long sheets. Needle Punching is a textile made of polymer material, which is water permeable, in the form of woven, knitted or non-woven (non-woven) used by geotechnical and civil engineering. Non Woven Geotextile (Non Woven) is a non- woven geotextile, the process of joining the forming fibers occurs due to a mechanical process by puncture of small needles or united by heat.
