Furnace cover The furnace cover is made of 25MM steel plate. An insulating course is made the under-part of the cover. 3. There is a vacuum pressure gauge set on the furnace cover. 4. The furnace retort is made of 8MM stainless steel. A stop-off strip is welded on the bottom .On the top, there is a cooling water jacket and a sand seal device with binding bolt. 5. Heat element There are three kinds of resistance wire , 0Cr25Al5íó0Cr27Al7Mo2 and Cr20Ni80 ,for coiling.
