When operated in a well, boring graphite:
Creates a positive pressure to interstitial pressure;
- transfers hydraulic power to the bottom hole motor and chisel;
- provides a high quality producing formation exposing;
- ensures lubricating and corrosion-inhibiting effect on drilling tools;
- cools and lubricates a chisel;
- prevents drilling troubles (sticking of drilling tools and intermediate casing, circulation loss, oil and gas shows, etc.);
- reduces friction factor;
- ensures environment protection;
1.Bulk density, kg/m3550 - 750
2.Moisture content, % max2
3.Ash mass fraction, % max25
4.Mesh residue 02, % max5

The chemical properties of graphite are very stable, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good conductivity.Therefore, graphite can be used as refractory material, sealing material, conductive material, and is widely used in high temperature metallurgy, sand finding, paint lubricant, pencil lead, pigment, polishing agent, petrochemical industry, synthetic fiber, heater and other industries.
Natural graphite
Mill scale, is formed on the outer surfaces of plates, sheets or profiles when they are being produced by rolling hot iron or steel billets in rolling or steel mills. It looks like a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in color. Being produced during the reheating, conditioning and hot rolling operation for the production of steel articles, the mill scale initially adheres to the steel surface and protects it from atmospheric corrosion, provided no break occurs in this coating. From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the european environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows: Einecs (european commission no.): 266-007-8 Waste code: 10 02 10 Basel code: b 12 30 Hs code: 2619.00
We are proposing about 1000 1200 Mt/ton monthly of iron slag derived from the desulphurisation skimming process. This material is a iron by- product that is encapsulated in varying levels of contaminants (S,Mg,Si). In order to enhance its usability, the material is processed and screened. We can propose two specifications of Iron Slag : 1. >85% Fe Average 600mm Max Fraction 2. >78% Fe Average 20-300mm Fraction The level of Fe% in the slag has been estimated by water displacement test. For any further information please feel free to contact
We are proposing about 2000tons of iron slag derived from the desulphurisation skimming process. This material is a iron by- product that is encapsulated in varying levels of contaminants (S,Mg,Si). In order to enhance its usability, the material is processed and screened. We can propose two specifications of Iron Slag - European Code: 19.12.01 - Basel Code: B1010 - HS Code: 2619.0020 - Quantity: 2000 tons currently available - Monthly quantity: 500-1000 tons depending on production - Size: 350 1200 mm - Fe content: from 77 to 86% - C content: above 2,5-3% - Bulk density: 2,8-3,4 tons/m3 - Loading type: loose in 20 (26-27 tons on average) The level of Fe% in the slag has been estimated by water displacement test. Desulphurisation Slag is an iron slag derived from the desulphurisation skimming process. This material is an iron by- product that is encapsulated in varying levels of contaminants (S,Mg,Si), but has a stable chemistry with 75 -80% chemistry. The level of Fe% in the slag has been estimated by water displacement test. This material con offer competitive advantages respect other metal scraps: Price; Stable Chemistry; The material can be loaded loose in 20 heavy duty container.
