Injection blow hollow molding machine
This machine is composed of injection section, injection clamping, molding section, blow plastic clamping molding section, rotary lifting, stripping section, hydraulic section, electric control section, blow control section and others. 1.Usage
Our machine adopts injection blow molding technology and once-molding technology. It is a bottle of blower of making hollow bottles. It can produce high-grade bottle whose bottleneck has high precision. It is widely used manufacturing package bottles in pharmacy, food, cosmetics, chemical and others trades.2.Main structure
The machine is composed of frame, injection device, clamping molding device, injection blow rotary device, stripping device, hydraulic system, gas circuit system, electric control system and others. An air compressor and two mould temperature controllers must be bought by consumer or are equipped according to the contract.3.Characteristics
1). It adopts a thermal flow system and high pressure injection molding to get high recision of bottle mouth, bottleneck and screw.
2). The injection section adopts single-screw stem horizontal injection method.
3). High voltage locking mould adopts energy storing device, improve production efficiency.
4). It adopts auto stripping, auto flame treating and auto counting to ensure the products not be polluted to meet the healthy demands of food and pharmacy trades.
5). Adjust rings can be fixed in mechanical, hydraulic, air-control, electric.
6). The machine has low-mould protection, proportion pressure, flowing adjustment and other functions. It adopts advanced reliable hydraulic and electric components. Its noise is low and power consumption is small, the operation is safe and convenient.
