Dust Collector is a new product concentrate the advantages of gas box pulse dust collector and long bag pulse long bag filter. It is widely used in dust control and materials recovery in metallurgical industry, building materials industry, power industry, chemical industry, carbon black asphalt concrete mixing, boilers, flue gas dust or any other industries.
Principle
Dust air enters each dust hopper from the inlet distributor, after induced and the diversion by distributor, big size particles of dust are separated directly into the ash bucket, and the small and fine dust fly into the filter chamber uniformly, and would be absorbed on the outside surface of the filter bag, dust into the filter chamber and adsorption in the filter bag.
Then the clean gas through the filter bag enters into the air cleaning room, flying into the atmosphere through the air-exhausting pipe and off-line valve.
