WPC PVC wall skirting profuction line also known as plastic wood profile production line Plastic wood compound materials(WPC) is a new pattern environmentally friendly material made of wood fiber (inc. timber scrap, straw, rice hull) and hot plasticity plastics(mainly waste plastics). It has the advantage of plastics as good plasticity, tensile and impact strength, moth and corrosion resistance. Also it has advantage of wood as easy-cutting and drilling for good process as well as the nice appearance of wood. Its also ideal substitute in fields of packaging, architecture, etc. Our company mainly produces two kinds of machinery lines including PVC WPC foam production line and PE/PP WPC production line. The extruder for such line is featured for low-temperature plasticity, low cutting, complete high-torque gas emission, etc.

With twin conical screws extruder,it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profiled material. 3. The hauloff unit has applied unique lift technique of our co.Its work is stable. 4. Vacuum setting has adopted special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for calibrating to meet demand of high speed extruding. 5. All movements are controlled automatically,the design is reasonable,the operation is stable,it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.
