Process: the extruded fin tube is bimetallic combined with integral aluminum fins on the outside surface. The base tube is inserted inside the aluminum tube and both tubes are passed through extrusion machine. The tight mechanical bond between aluminum tube and inner base tube is accomplished during the fining work and same time makes the n steel, low-alloy steels, stainless steel , brass , copper , cooper-nickel alloys , aluminum bronze , nickel alloys , titanium etc... Fin materials: aluminum 1060f, aluminum 6063-o, aluminum1100-o, copper Tube od: 16 mm to 50.8mm. Tube wall thickness: 1mm min Tube entire length: 16, 000mm max.
