All-purpose flour for leavened doughs is used to bake special and finest types of milk bread and pastries - such as nut rolls, poppy rolls, donuts, honeycombs or buchteln. The flour mixes exquisitely with fresh or dry active yeast, which increases the volume and lightness of the dough.
