Description HY-9045 is a kind of low viscosity, Inherent flame resistance, two components addtion cured potting silicone with heat-conducting. It cures with both on room temperature and heated temperature. It has the feature of the higher temperature the faster of the curing time. Application HY-9045 is suitable for bonded seal of electronic components, power module and control module, LED invertor potting, etc which requires waterproof and insulation. It can be broadly used for LED screen, Wind Power Generator, PCB, substrate, etc.

Products exceed the storage life should be confirmed normal before using. Technical guidelines 1. Pls put part a and b in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two Parts together. 2. Mixing ratio part a:part b is 10:1 3. Bubble release if necessary, deaeration the mixture under 0.08 mpa for 3 minutes. 4. Hy-215# is cured at room temperature, so pls put it under room temperature after Pouring. It comes to next process when basically cured, and it takes about 24 hours For completely cured. 25kg/drum or 200kg/drum
