PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing Description: 1. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing is pure PTFE yarn braided packing incorporated with pure 100% Dupont's Kevlar yarn throughout the four corners. 2. This structure enhances the lubricating ability of Aramid and reinforced the strength of the pure PTFE packing. Good silding properties and thermal conductivity. 3. Every fiber is impregnated with PTFE emulsion. This system of impregnation assures even distribution of the PTFE. 4. The fibers are saturated and sealed with PTFE particles, protecting the fibers from chemical action. To assure good break-in characteristics, a special high temperature synthetic lubricant is added. Description: It is made of expanded PTFE yarns with reinforced corner from continuous aramid filament, a combination of proved top qualities. It has high cross-sectional density and structural strength. This structure enhances the lubricability of aramid fiber and reinforces the strength of the pure PTFE packing. This special combination packing takes a very important role for high pressure piston pump application. It is recommended for piston pump in the universally applicable within the PH range 2-13. It is suitable to be used in Chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and sugar industries, pulp and paper mills, etc.

Material : Graphite, PTFE, etc. Application : - Valve - Pump (Power plant, boiler water supply and condensate pump, etc.) - SOOT BLOWER - All other places requiring efficient sealing in the factory Feature : This braid packing adds the molybdenum-based anti-corrosion agent to the high purity flexible graphite tape at below 50ppm Chloride which is equivalent to the nuclear power level with high degree of thermal conductivity and low coefficient of the friction, and it is the multi-purpose packing designed for use of both valves and pumps as it is more endurable with the continuous filament carbon fiber inside the braid as well as the graphite inside in order to be endurable at high RPM and pressure. Therefore it is not necessary to use End Ring for prevention of extrusion. Moreover, the most optimal flexibility is guaranteed with the special braiding technology of DONGSUH ALS900G, so that the adjustment or harmonization with the shaft or stem is outstanding as the entire distribution is uniformed even if it is mounted in any shaft or stem size. No wearing or scratching of the shaft or stem can be found due to the self-lubricating function of the high purity graphite while decreasing the packing life span significantly. DONGSUH ALS900G is suitable for overall conditions in the factory such as valve and pumps, etc. Using with ALS350 Graphite Molding Packing as End Ring will get better sealing effect.
