It can select many kinds of seeds, such as wheat, maize, rice, barley and vegetable seeds, etc. it also can use for selecting the commodity grain, removing the blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, smut seed and seed with shell, and the light impurity, large heavy impurity. The germination rate, regularity, thousand-seed weight and neatness etc. will improve.

5XZ-5B Gravity Separator is suitable for kinds of seed companies and agricultural products processing department. it is better for processing the seeds which have been primary selected.
It is used to separate seed and grain with same size but difference in specific weight.
To remove partially eaten, immature, insect damaged sick seed and moldy seed from your grain or beans.
Widely used in seed and grain industry, with best performance for wheat, maize, corn and others. This machine can also be used for primary selecting. It's forbidden to feed in straw, foliage, stick and other big impurity, in order to avoid blockage. It will reduce the neatness after selected as material is too dirty.
WORKING PROCESS
By air aspiration and sieve oscillation, seed is fluidized and stratified.
Heavy seed sink into the sieve bottom layer, while light seed suspend to the top layer.
After stratified, seed go forward to the discharging part.
Bottom layer good seed and mixture quality seed fall through the sieve discharge from different outlets successively.
Top light seed with bad quality was discharged directly.
Mixed quality seed in the middle layer fall through sieves and return back by vibrate feeding groove.
