The pulping machine is mainly used in papermaking industry. It is suitable for slurry of cotton pulp, wood pulp and slurry. It is equipped with automatic control system to achieve constant power or constant energy consumption.
ZDPH high concentration pulping machine, short for high concentration pulping machine, is used to feed high concentration mill. It is suitable for grinding of chemical pulp, semi-chemical mechanical pulp, high rate of cold dipping process and fiber sheet. Characteristics: pulping machine consists of grinding chamber, transmission mechanism, base, motor, etc. The grinding chamber consists of two grinding plates, which are fixed on the casing and the movable seat, and the two grinding blades mounted on the rotary disk, forming two grinding zones. The grinding of different tooth shape is used to meet the pulping requirement of various slurry. The slurry is entered into the grinding zone by two feeding tubes, through the grinding area under the action of centrifugal and pulping pressure, and the pulping process is completed by rubbing and extrusion of the tooth disk in the grinding area.

We offer a variety of pulp molding machines. The hx6000 series versatile pulp molding machine can produce up to 6, 000 egg trays per hour. The output of cup trays, fruit trays, and industrial packages in an hour is based on specific sizes. The pulp molding system is an enhanced machine developed based on the hx3000 series. It comes with a rotary molding drum that has 12 faces, and the working principle is very similar to that of the octahedral type, with the only exception being the operating angle is 30º.
