SPJT series spiral nozzle is a kind or hollow/full cone nozzle that with spraying angle from 60 to 170 degree, the liquid flow rate is about 5.5-4140L/M under pressure of 3 bar.
The spiral nozzle has a compact structure and smooth flow channel design , it can minimize the liquid barrier and makes the maximum flow rate in certain pipe size.
This spiral nozzle can be installed in most of the pipe systems, NPT or BSPT (MALE) can be provided as thread types. Commonly the spiral nozzles with 1/4 inch-2 inch are usually made of SS316, PTFE,PP or POM, other materials can be also selected for special application.

Q1. How fast can i get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the

Q2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be
refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
Q3. How long is the Delivery Time for Spray Nozzles?
A: 7 days if only an extension of existing families.
Within 2 days can be shipped out if the nozzle we have in stock.
B: 10 to 12 Days for nozzles that can be machined off bar stock (7 extra days if no inventory
bar stocks).
C: 25 to 35 Days for nozzles that require tooling (casting).
5 to 8 new nozzles can be developed simultaneously within 20 days.
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
