Nobler LOW-E Glass(Low Emissivity Glass), is the energy-efficient glass which is coated with one or more layers of metallic oxides and other compounds. It is produced in the vacuum sputtering process. This coating have low thermal conductivity, reduce the heat loss or gain, and manipulate light.
Low E Glass Double Glazing The earliest low e glass is composed of one layer of silver and two dielectric layers in a five-component stack. The single layer of silver enabled the coating to block heat by reflecting infrared and ultraviolet light, while the dielectric layers in the basecoat and topcoat protected and â??anti-reflectedâ?? the reflective properties of the silver layer, enabling visible light to pass through. Its high transmittance makes it suitable for different areas with high permeability of building design which brings construction transparent , high natural lighting.
