CHARACTERISTICS : Appearance : Brown liquid. pH of 10% solution : 7.5 + 1 Active Matter : 70% + 2 Fastness to Light : Excellent PROPERTIES: Popsynth 1194 is ideal fat liquor for all type of soft leathers. Popsynth 1194 imparts velvet, round feel to the leather surface. Popsynth 1194 Possesses excellent light fastness and helps in uniform dyeing. Popsynth 1194 has a strong emulsifying power and is ideal for sophisticated class of leather which require soft feel with light weight . APPLICATION : Popsynth 1194 is especially suitable for garment, nappa drymill,upholstery,nubuck ,etc.as it gives excellent softness with light weight. STORAGE STABILITY : Popsynth 1194 can be stored for about one year under normal conditions and temperatures. Under extreme climatic conditions this product may separate slightly, So it should always be well stirred prior to use.

POPSYNTHOL SV LIQUID Anionic,Economical Synthetic fatliquor. Popsynthol SV Liquid is an extremely versatile and economical low odour fatliquor and capable of producing leathers with inner softness of excellent lightfastness. CHARACTERISTICS : Appearance : Clear yellowish-Brown liquid. Chemical Nature : Anionic, based on synthetic oils, sulphited natural oil, esters of fatty substances and monohydric alcohol Active Matter : 65% approx. pH of 10% solution : 7.0-7.5+1 Stability : Stable in weak acids, salt, hard water and vegetable tannin. PROPERTIES : Popsynthol SV Liquid Penetrates deeply giving a high degree of softness with a warm handle and nourished grain. It produces good fullness and imparts good effect to Nappa leather clothing with high softness and no odour. APPLICATIONS : Popsynthol SV Liquid can be recommended for fatliquoring softy leather, cow dry milled, buff upper, corrected grain,split suede leather. Also recommended for leather furniture home where are soft and pretty surface. It can also be used in combination with other fats for all types of leather. Popsynthol SV Liquid is not recommended for use in the tanning bath. STORAGE : Storage should be away from extreme conditions wherever possible. Under extreme climatic conditions this product may separate slightly. So it should always be well stirred immediately prior to use.

POPSYNTHOIL LF-10 Odourless fish oil based chrome stable fatliquor. Appearance : Slightly viscous light brown emulsion. Chemical Type : Sulphited high quality fish oil. Active Matter : 80% (+ 2) pH of 10% solution : 7.5 + (0.5) Ionic charge : Anionic in nature. Stability : Stable to acid, alkali, salt and mineral tanning agents. PROPERTIES : Popsynthoil LF10 is an all purpose anionic fat liquor for high degree of softness suitable for chrome and Semi Chrome as well as for vegetable tanned leathers. It is easily emulsifiable in water at normal temperature. Leather treated with Popsynthoil LF10 not only possesses softness and suppleness, but also, good tensile strength and water resistance. It imparts instant softness without high fat addition to the leather when it is partly incorporated in neutralization. We recommend 0.5-2.0% Popsynthoil LF10 in neutralization, depending upon the degree of softness required. Popsynthoil LF10 can also be used in rechroming prior to the addition of chrome powder to get extra softness and better chrome exhaustion. It has inherent properties to open leather fibres and to produce a fluffy, soft and round leather. Popsynthoil LF10 has no effect on aniline dyes. It is satisfactorily fast to light and does not impart any yellowing to leather under normal conditions. APPLICATIONS : Due to its excellent versatile properties, it can be used on a wide variety of leathers e.g. lining, upper, softies, upholstery, nappa, glove, clothing, etc. To avail its maximum efficacy to achieve desired softness, we recommend Popsynthoil LF10 to be used stage wise i.e. in re-chroming, neutralization as well as in main fat liquoring. Synthetic replacement tanning agent. Poptin anf is mainly used for retanning chrome and semichrome leather that is to be dyed in full, brilliant shades. It is amphoteric in nature. Chemical nature Mixture of naphthalene sulphonic acid condensate and phenol sulphonic acid condensate products. Specification Concentration : 95% approx. pH ( 1:1.0 soln.) : 6.5- 7.5 Properties POPTAN ANF is a pale, yellowish powder, readily soluble in water. It is compatible with chrome tanning agents and combination tanning agents containing chrome and with anionic dyes and auxiliaries. POPTAN ANF is compatible with synthetic tanning agents and disperses vegetable tannins as well. POPTAN ANF imparts medium fullness and good softness to the leather. The shade of the retanned leather has good light fastness, and it is clear and brilliant and bleached to a substantially less extent than by a retannage with conventional synthetic tanning agents. POPTAN ANF promotes firmness of the grain, retans the leather under rather acid conditions and thus protects the grain while maintaining a mellow handle. POPTAN ANF penetrates through the leather quickly and deeply and thus assists the penetration and uniform distribution of other materials such as synthetic, vegetable and resin tanning agents when used together. POPTAN ANF favours uniform distribution of the fat liquoring agents and thus helps to impart good softness with minimum quantity of fatliquor. Advantages Chrome character is largely maintained producing a softy leather with firm grain. Neutralisation and retannage may take place in the same bath. . Good filling effect. Homogeneous absorption and distribution of fat. . Permits good exhaustion of dyes and fat liquors and thus helps to reduce pollution by tannery effluents. Applications: POPTAN ANF is a versatile tanning and retanning agent for chrome as well as vegetable tanned leather. POPTAN ANF is especially recommended for automotive upholstery, furniture upholstery and clothing leathers. Recommended levels of use are 4-6%. In combination retannages with vegetable and resin tanning agents to produce a full round leather 2-4% of Poptan ANF is recommended. As a pretannage 3-5% of Poptan ANF is recommended to assist with penetration of other tanning agents. Storage: Presents no problem under normal storage conditions and has an indefinite shelf life. Some caking may occur if the product is stored in warm, daxnp conditions, but this does not affect the efficiency of the product.
