Series ptcz standard chemical process pump is improved and designed by our company on the basis of ih pump by combining foreign advanced technique. Its structure is horizontal fame mounted, radial split, back pull out and single-stage single-suction chemical centrifugal pump. It complies with ap1610, iso2858 and din24256 standards. Its comprehensive performance fully exceeds the ih pump.
It adopts column rolling bearing and back to back thrust bearing to be a collocation, oil lubrication with a throwers it has high load bearing capability.
Pump shaft diameter is sufficient (heavy) duty, the whole machine operates stably.
Shaft sealing adopts single (double) face, bellow type mechanical seal, it also can adopt soft packing, is can meet sealing demands of all kinds of conditions.
Axial force is balanced by back vane or balanceable hole, for the specification with big radial force; we adopt double-wear passage design.
The whole frame contains shaft, impeller, shaft seal, and pump cover to be an assembling list, so pump can be checked and maintained without dismantling pipeline. When a spacer coupling is used, motor can not be dismantled.
Pump flange adopts pn16 and pn25 two pressure grades (it varies with different material), it also suits class 125 or 50 of ansl standard.
