The product employs colloidal gold immunochromatogrphy to determine ck-mb/ctni/myo in human serum, plasma, or whole blood specimens. Two set of mixed monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify ck-mb/ctni/myo specifically, resulting in three purplish red streaks appear on the test lines. The color intensity of each test line increases in proportion to the concentrations of ck-mb/ctni/myo respectively.
Then insert test card into the fia8000 quantitative immunoassay analyzer, the concentration of ck-mb/ctni/myo is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
