The refractory balls are widely used in high and low temperature converters and reformers in fertilizer plants. The push-plate kiln ball acts to disperse the gas and liquid, and to support, cover and protect the catalyst. Refractory balls can also be used in steel mill hot blast stoves and heating converters. Refractory ball are divided into two types, ordinary and high-alloy. The former is often used in converters and converters in industries such as sulfuric acid and fertilizers, while the latter is used in industries such as steel. The refractory ball has the advantages of high strength, wear resistance, small thermal conductivity, high efficiency and good chemical stability, and is not easy to be broken when the temperature is drastically changed.
