Feldspar is the name given to a group of minerals distinguished by the presence of alumina and silica (SiO2) in their chemistry. This group includes aluminum silicates of soda, potassium, or lime. It is the single most abundant mineral group on Earth. They account for an estimated 60% of exposed rocks, as well as soils, clays, and other unconsolidated sediments, and are principal components in rock classification schemes. The minerals included in this group are the orthoclase, microcline and plagioclase feldspars. APPLICATIONS Glass making Ceramics Porcelain Electrodes Abrasion We at CEMENTATION produce Feldspar of minerals containing Potassium and Sodium. Our supply is available in Lumps, Granules and Powder form.
The Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS/GGBFS) is a type of eco-friendly green building material and high quality secondary cementitious material for concrete and cement. It is recognized as one of the best secondary cementations material for building high durable concrete stricture in the world today! GGBS has taken over a top place of high-performance cement and concrete mineral additives with its unique characteristics of hydration, low-price raw material. GGBS is obtained by quenching molten iron blast furnace slag (a by-product of iron and steel making) in water or steam. It is then further grounded into the desired fineness in terms of the required particle size distribution. The main components of blast furnace slag are CaO (30-50%), SiO2 (28-38%), Al2O3 (8-24%), and MgO (1-18%). The other important aspect of GGBS is its superiority in concrete durability which extends the lifespan of buildings from fifty years to a hundred years. APPLICATIONS Soil stabilization Mortar Used in combination with Portland cement Pre-cast concrete Ready mix concrete Specialist projects
About THE Product : Blast furnace slag is used in the production of cement (iron Portland and blast furnace cement). Air-cooled blast furnace slag is formed by allowing the molten slag to cool relatively slowly under ambient conditions; final cooling can be accelerated with a water spray. The cooled material is hard and dense, although it can have a vesicular texture with closed pores. After crushing and screening, air-cooled slag can be used in several applications. Granulated slag is formed by quenching molten slag in water to form sand-sized particles of glass. The disordered structure of this glass gives the material moderate hydraulic cementitious properties when very finely ground into granulated blast furnace slag, but if it can access free lime, the granulated blast furnace slag develops strong hydraulic cementitious properties. Pelletized or expanded slag is cooled through a water jet, which leads to rapid steam generation and the development of innumerable vesicles within the slag. The vesicular texture reduces the overall density of the slag and allows for good mechanical binding with hydraulic cement paste. Blast Furance Slag is a nonmetallic co-product which is produced in the process of iron manufacturing, Granulated Blast Furnace Slag is a glassy granular material formed when molten blast furnace slag is rapidly cooled by direct water. Rapid cooling prohibits the formation of crystals and forms glassy, non-metallic, silicates and alumino silicates of calcium. Quartz, the main component of glass, has a variety of different applications in various industries such as construction granulates and solar panels. It's a hard, crystalline mineral made up of silicon and oxygen atoms, and it's also the second most widely available mineral in the earth's crust after the feldspar Quartz mineral has hexagonal-shaped crystals. The color range for quartz is massive. This adaptable mineral is both long-lasting and chemically inert, with high heat resistance and electrical qualities. We source the majority of our quartz minerals from the regions of Rajasthan, Bihar and Andhra Pradesh. It is an extremely useful mineral in the manufacturing of solar panels, semiconductors and electronics, aluminium and steel alloys, and also in the construction sector, after being transformed into silicon (Si) through gaseous reduction at high temperatures. The physical properties of the quartz mineral are chemical inertness, thermal stability and electrical properties. It is also known for its hardness and it ranks 7 on the Mohs scale. Our high-purity quartz mineral finds its usage in the manufacturing of the casting of silicon for photovoltaic cells that make up solar panels and semiconductor components. Quartz is a hard, crystalline mineral composed of silica (silicon dioxide). The atoms are linked in a continuous framework of SiO4 silicon-oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall chemical formula of SiO2. Within the sector of aluminium and iron & steel industries, quartz pebbles once converted to silicon, are critical components in the production of ferro-alloys and silicon for aluminium alloys and silicone. Further, in the refractories, high-grade quartzite-based silica minerals have been used in the fabrication of linings for the coreless induction furnaces for melting and retaining iron for decades. We at Aryan Tiles will keep its development efforts focused on developing new markets for its high-purity quartz products that promote the usage of renewable energy sources like solar power cells.

Silica sand is one of the most common varieties of sand found in the world. It is used for a wide range of applications. Sand is the general term for broken down granules of minerals or rocks, technically between about one-sixteenth of a millimeter to two millimeters in diameter, falling between silt and gravel in the spectrum of sizes. There are many varieties of sand in the world, each with their own unique composition and qualities. Silica is another name for Silicon dioxide, SiO2, of which quartz is a specific latticed structure. So silica sand is quartz that over the years, through the work of water and wind, has been broken down into tiny granules. These granules can be used for many different purposes, and can be found in most non-tropical regions of the world.
