Coir Fibre is of two types brown and white. Coir obtained from fresh green Coconut is termed as White Fibre, which is finer than the Brown Fibre. The Brown Fibre is the outcome of Seasoned Fully Matured Coconuts which lose their green colour in the process.
Each of them has their own distinct types of applications. The Brown Fiber is widely used for fabrication of doormats, brushes, coir mattresses and other upholstery material whereas the White Fiber is used for making ropes, making fishing nets, and other eco-friendly Products.

Coir needled felt mats are non-woven mats made from 100% coir fibre. The fibre is selected, dried and then weaved in the needle felt machine for required thickness. Then the needle is punched to achieve the desired degree of compaction. The fibre is bonded to form long sheets.
