1.Product parameter:
The GL-12 Rebar Material Organizer & feeder Machine is widely cooperated with rebar automatic cutting,rebar upset forging,rebar thread cutting as well as thread rolling procedure,saves labor force and higher working efficiency in construction rebar mechanical splice technology .Its product design is compact,flexible and effective; and the unit size is 4m*3m*1.5m, which realizes the decomposition of the whole bundle of 16-40 rebars, the lateral displacement of the single rebar, the longitudinal fast forward, feeding and fast backward in work area and the second lateral displacement to the reservior. Use the Siemens frequency converter to regulate the moving speed. The cylinder controls the inverting and feeding of the material. The feeding speed is 0.5m/s.

The bottom bracket of GL-12 Rebar Material Organizer & Feeder Machine is detachable and equipped with adjustable anchor feet, which can adapt to different height of equipments application. The equipment adopts the design of application expansion and it is easy to combine and lengthen. It can adapt to rebars of varying length and various processing equipments as well as flexibly transmitting the rebar. The rebar material organizer is widely used in construction, expressway, nuclear power plant and other industries and applies to organizing and conveying the rebars of various specification and varying length.

We adopt the well-known brand motor and gear reducer to ensure product's durability. Use Siemens frequency converter to regulate the moving speed can effectively reduce the assistant machining time. The well-known brand large diameter cylinder to invert and feed is stable and durable. The specially designed turnover fixture is efficient and safe. The soft chain type collecting rack is well-adapted and capacious, and does little harm to rebar. Simple maintenance can ensure the normal operation as the simplified design can adapt to complicated processing environment, for which the purchase and use cost is low.

Working Principle:
Step1. Prepare rebars and use the crane to sling them on the shelf. Decompose the whole bundle of bars then can make the single ones lateral displacement.
Step 2.Remove the single rebar to the working area by reversing device. The rebar can realize the the longitudinal fast forward, feeding and fast backward in this area.
Step 3.Carry the rebar to the reservior through the second lateral displacement after processing and realize the storage function of rebar.

Standard taper thread couplers are designed to splice the same diameter bars where one bar can be rotated and the bar is not restricted in its axial direction.It is designed to achieve failure loads in excess of 115% of the characterisitc strength of grade 500 rebar end.
Transition taper thread couplers are designed to splice different diameter bars where one bar can be roated and the bar is not restricted in its axial direction.

Taper Thread Working Principle:
1.Slice up the end of the rebar;
2.Make the rebar taper thread cut by taper thread machine.
3.Connect together two taper thread end by One piece of Taper Thread Coupler.

Taper thread position couplers are designed to quickly splice column sections or precision coupling of elements with multiple bars jointed over a short span, such as prefabricated elements, and the closing of small temporary openings.

Advantages:
1.Bar-break feature guarantees fully ductile elongation.
2.No reduction of the bar cross-section area.

Working principle:
1.We use GQ50 rebar cutting machine to splice up the end of the rebar.
2.We use Upset Forging Parallel Thread Machine to forge the end of rebar.
3.We use Parallel Thread Cutting Machine to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged.
4.An upsetting coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread.
