UHMWPE (also known as Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Sheet or Pactene are manufactured from the semi-crystalline polyethylene (PE) family. UHMWPE Sheet has a very high molecular weight which has a positive impact on material performance in an abrasive environment.

UHMWPE sheet is available in various grades of material depending on the application requirements. A virgin grade white UHMWPE sheet and black static reduced sheet.Other grades are also available upon request.

--Food processing machinery: With its performance of high wear resistance, anti-impact resistance, inadhesion resistance, non-toxic and clean property, UHMWPE material can be used in planet wheel, bottle convey counting bolt, filler bearing, bottle holder parts, washer guide bolts, air cylinder, gear, roller cone, chain wheel handle, which is easy-cleaning, long-enduring, and anti-mildew.
--Paper making machinery: With its performance of high wear resistance and good self-lubrication, UHMWPE material can be used in water suction tank cover, skew guide wheels,scrapper , bearing, nozzle, filter, oil tank, friction bar, felt cleaner.
--Textile machinery: With its performance of high-wear resistance, anti-impact and good self-lubrication, UHMWPE material can be used in scutcher, shock absorber shield, contactor, crankshaft connecting rod, picker stick, skew rod shaft sleeve, swing rear beam.
--Construction machinery/agriculture machinery: Bulldozer blade lining. Dumper ripper lining, tractor plow inner lining.

UHMWPE is the abbreviation of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. This is the most excellent quality available for use in harsh working environments and in a variety of applications. Applicability is very good in many highly difficult applications. UHMWPE is a product that have many advantages that not to many plastics and be used many fileds. The advantage of UHMWPE as follows: 1. Wear-resistance The wear resistance of UHMWPE ranks first in plastic, and exceeds that of certain metals. Corrosion resistance UHMWPE has excellent resistance to chemicals,in addition to the strong oxidizing acid,in a certain temperature and the concentration range of competence of various corrosive medium (acid,alkali,salt) and various organic media. 5. Absorb impact energy UHMWPE has excellent shock absorption,impact energy absorption value is the highest in all plastic,and it has a excellent effect of the silencer. 6. Low temperature resistance UHMWPE has excellent low temperature resistance,and can be used as a low temperature component in the nuclear industry because of its still have the ductility at low temperature (-269?). 7. Hygiene and no toxicity 8. Not easy adhesion UHMWPE surface adsorption force is very weak, its ability to resist adhesion to the plastic is next only to the best PTFE, so the surface of the product and other materials are not easy to stick. 9. Hydrophobic property UHMWPE water absorption rate is very low, generally less than 0.01%, only 1% of PA6, and therefore do not need to dry before processing. 10. Tensile strength As the UHMWPE has the necessary structural characteristics of the super tension orientation, so there is no comparable ultra-high tensile strength, its tensile strength up to 3 - 3.5GPa.
