TINNING ANNEALER MACHINE 1. Machine contruction A. Annealing 1. Annealer furnace is composed by heating system, thermostat system and annealed pipe. 2. Ceramic reel and ceramic ring composed a wire system, it make copper wire stable to enter the tinning furnace. B. Cooling system 1. Cooling system is composed by cooling trough, capstan water thermostat system and water level adjustment system. 2. Water temperature control is heated by electric heater to 40-50 degree. 3. Water level adjusting system is by water inlet pipe water outlet pipe. It can control the water level. C. Dryer 1. Dryer is composed by heating system, wire guiding system and thermostat system. 2. Heating system is made by 21 pieces of electric heater with thermostat to dry the wire and to save the energy. D. Pay off stand. 1. Two set(right side and left side)pay off stand located under the annealer. Each part off stand can provide 12(or 6 ) pay off total can provide 24(or 32 ) pay reel. 2. Pay off stand has guide roller and guide ring. It make cooper wire stable to enter the annealed the tube. E. Tinning furnace 1. Tinning furnace is composed by heating system, tinning system and thermostat system. 2. Heating beating system is composed by 15 electric heater. The heater is insulated with machine to ensure the safety of the operator. 3. Tinning system is composed by wire pressing system, die holder and tin tank. 4. Wire pressing system is including wire pressing rollers wire pressing shaft and wire pressing holder, the height is adjustable. 5. Die holder is symmetric with wire press system, the angel and height is adjustable. 6. There is a ceramic ring to fix the cooper wire. F. Hall off 1. Hall off is composed by main body and rollers. 2. Roller is being balanced and chromium coating. 3. Two fleet of rollers. One fleet is fixed another one is movable. The height and angle is adjustable. 4. Main drive is disco VS(infinite speed ) motor. 5. There is a 1:1 counter meter to calculate the length. G. Take up 1. Traces motor is infinite drive V. S. motor. Which with a speed reducer. 2. Both side of the take up stand has 13(or 16) motor with1 amper transformer to control. 3. Tensile control is by a amper transformer to control. 4. The height of travers guide shaft can be adjusted. 5. Travers roller are make by thermoplastic. Guide rollers are made by aluminum with ceramic coating to prevent worn out.
