ZBW0.69 / 40.5 modular substation series are the 35KV substation equipment dedicated for wind power generation, developed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced technology and production processes, to meet the growing need for wind power generation.
The new product of our company - metal shell substations adopt aluminumcoated zinc platesheets and electrostatic spraying process for the boards, whose mechanical strength and anti-corrosion effect are greatly improved; therefore, the products are especially suitable for wind farms with the damp environment and heavy winds. The sheet metal is processed and assembled by CNC machine tools to ensure the accuracy of the connections, compact structure, convenient and flexible assembly and processing. The stainless steel hinge allows the doors to be opened and closed more flexibly. The elastic structure is adopted, to achieve good windproof effect. The automatic return device of the lock allows the door to be opened and closed with ease. The top is of the double-decked structure which is beautiful and generous. It also strengthens the such functions as rainproof, heat insulation, heat preservation and anti-condensation. The top can be hoisted through simple operation, which is convenient for the maintenance and upgrading of high and low voltage equipment and transformers.
The housings can also be made of non-metallic materials, (cement, composite materials, but they are inferior to the aluminum coated zinc plate housing in the aspects of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and the structural flexibility is very low.) The bottom adopts channel steel and angle steel assembled through integralwelding, featured by high strength, small deformation, easy handling; DACROMETanti-corrosion treatment is used, whose corrosion resistance is comparable with that of hot-dip galvanizing.
Product Description: 10kV switchyard, also known as 10kV switching station, is a place for 10kV power distribution, which is a link between the distribution power supply (110kV or 35kV substation) and the distribution network (10kV ring network). It is the extension of 10kV busbar for power the distribution, to increase the number of distribution power supplies. The application of switchyards has solved the problem of insufficient number of outgoing lines of 110kV and 35kV substations and restricted outlet corridors, reducing the number of cables on the same route, saving the investment, and making the city distribution network more flexible and reliable, and thus optimizing the network structure.
Product Features: The materials used in the manufacture of the products are all non-toxic and harmless substances, without discharging any toxic or harmful substances. Fully insulated, fully sealed and fully shielded epoxy resin switch cylinder, fuse cylinder (epoxy resin has excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties, which has long been applied to electrical equipment, and achieved good results). The switch cylinder and fuse cylinder are formed through the epoxy resin APG process.The insulating cylinder is a key component for solid insulation switches, whichis both the insulating and the bearing parts. It requires that such technical requirements as heat resistance, weatherability, cracking resistance, high mechanical strength, and good insulation strength are all satisfied at the same time. Cylinders have large volume, a large number of inserts, diverse shapes, which are relatively difficult to make. In addition to the operating mechanism, the high-voltage switch part of solid insulation indoor AC high-voltage vacuum switchgear is in a fully sealed state, to save cleaning and maintenance, thus reducing the cost of operation and maintenance. The touchable part is designed with the shielding measure to prevent the occurrence of personal electric shock accidents and improve the safety of use. The perfect interlocking system, and the clearly visible three-phase isolated fracture can prevent the occurrence of misuse accidents. Completely abolishing the application of SF6 gas can prevent the SF6 ring main units from decreased insulation properties and arc-quenching capacity due to lack of gas pressure which thereby causes explosion. The strengthened phase separation structure can prevent inter-phase or multi-loop short circuits which may expand or cause an explosion. With the explosion-proof vacuum interrupter, the switch sleeve provides further protection for the switch. The auxiliarygrounding switch of load switch - fuse combination electric appliances adopts the vacuum switch tube fixed inside the fuse cylinder.
1 Overview 1.1 Product use DFW1G-12 cable distribution box for 7.2-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power distribution system, connecting cables, as the acceptance and distribution of electricity purposes. Is a new type of power distribution equipment suitable for cable power supply. 1.2 Features and use of the product 1.2.1 All energized parts of the incoming and outgoing wires are completely enclosed by high insulation strength gel epoxy or silicon rubber. The insulation layer can withstand all test voltages and can be touched to meet the requirements of long-term operation. 1.2.2 The incoming line can be a solid insulation circuit breaker or a SF6 load switch. When the line for the SF6 switch, SF6 switch spring operating mechanism by the manual operation, outlet solid insulation circuit breaker with a dedicated division of the operating handle. As long as the operating force of the operating handle is greater than 300N (about 30kg), the closing speed of the movable contact is guaranteed to be a certain value, no longer with the operating force, thus ensuring the reliability of closing. 1.2.3 There is a mandatory function to prevent misuse.
