Main Feature of TC940
1. Automatic tyre changer, the tilt backward and forward of the column and the lock of the column can be completed pneumatically.
2. Tool head of the special steel with the feature of wear-resistance, not bend and break.
3. The customer can optional equip the plastic tool head according to the requirement.
4. The installation hole prepared on this model of machine is ready for the future update on the machine to assemble the helper.
5. The universal switch is 40A with a pure silver touching point, it can bear great load with a long using life.
6. The clamp is made of special material, strong and durable.
7. You can optional equip the MJ-B motorcycle adaptor easy for mounting and demounting, without damaging the rim and can work upside down. The dimension will extend 3" more or reduce 2" less after equip this.
8. Bead breaker is optional.

Main Feature

1. Automatic tyre changer, the tilt backward and forward of the column and the lock of the column can be completed pneumatically.
2. The quick deflate valves are installed before and after the bead breaker cylinder to increase the moving speed of the cylinder, the one-side movement can be completed in about 2-3 seconds.
3. The horizontal arm adopts 50mm slide shaft securing the bend resistance strength of the horizontal arm.
4. The design of the bead breaker blade is ARC shape, it can rotate at any direction, securing the best bead breaking force. The bead breaker blade is equipped with the protective cover.
5. The hexangular shaft is made of S41 hexangular steel, which can avoid the distortion when operating the stiff tire.
6. Column adopts the double bend process, making it very strong.
7. The bead breaker arm has the 2 travels, which ensure to demount the maximum 15" tire.
8. Optional equipped with hand or pedal style double speed motor if the machine is 3 phase, increasing the efficiency of demounting and mounting.
9. The diameter of turntable cylinder is 80mm to increase the clamp force to the jaw on the rim.
10. In order to assure the safety during demounting and mounting, helpers can be optional equipped according to the requirement of demounting and mounting flat stiff tire.
