We utilizes either Kuka or ABB robots which provide accuracies from +/- 0.05mm and maximum positioning speed of 30m/min. Also using the latest in laser technology by integrating the power efficient fiber laser source, giving you the best and most cost effective technology on the market today. The fiber laser Robotic flexible 3D cutting system is defined as: multi-angle, multi-direction flexible cutting for different thickness metal-plate by specific fiber laser cutting head. The fiber laser Robotic flexible 3D cutting system utilizes the advantage of the flexibility and performance of the robot . According to the size of the processing work piece, in order to teach-programming or offline-programming different tracks on different products, the robot can be installed correctly or inversely .The robot ´s sixth axis loaded fiber laser cutting head is also able to do the 3D cutting on the irregular processing work piece.
The UV laser marking machine is developed by using a 355nm UV laser. This machine uses a third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology.
