Gram-positive bacteria such as gonorrhea, meningitis Meningitis, lung Bacteroides, E. coli, Vibrio cholerae, Shigella, and influenza bacillus have a strong antibacterial effect on anaerobic bacteria family, Rickettsia, amoeba, also has some antibacterial action.
Thiamphenicol is mainly used for respiratory, urinary, liver and gallbladder, typhoid and other intestinal surgery, gynecology and ENT infections embolism, especially the role of mild infections
in particular. thiamphenicol also has strong immunosuppressive effects , is an excellent immunosuppressant.

1. Principle This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Florfenicol in the tissue (chicken, pork), fish, shrimp , honey. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The Florfenicol in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibody against Florfenicol. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of Florfenicol in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding Florfenicol is subsequently obtained. 2.
