Description:
1.These types of grids are used for separating any unwanted ferrous particle found in powder ed or granulated products, liquid or dry. Magnetic grids are suitable for contamination with Fe particles as small as 0.1 mm.
2.The placement of these types of grids can be in many different positions. Normally, they are placed in the entrance of hoppers, pipes or channels.
3.Magnetic grids usually made of Neodymium magnets(3000-12000Gs) and seamless 304 or 316 stainless tubes, can be fine polished and fully welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.
4.Usually the max working temperature is 80â??, we can offer up to 350â?? to meet your special applications.

The Circular Magnetic Separator Grid can be bought in 50mm increments in sizes between 100mm diameter and 500mm diameter.
Application:
Magnetic separators are used to extract and remove ferromagnetic materials from liquid or solid mixtures. The separator grids and rods from EMKEX are widely applied in food & pharmaceutical industries.Placed in the materials flow line, the grids and rods can remove ferrous contamination from sugar, rice, flour, tea, animal feed, plastic granulates, shredded paper, chemicals and shredded copper, etc..
Ferromagnetic materials including most mild steels, a few stainless steels, iron, nickel, cobalt and manganese can be picked up by the separators. Non-magnetic materials, such as aluminum, silver, gold, many stainless steels and copper, will not be extracted by magnets.
