It has the unique ability to shear a lubricating paste by extruding it into a bonded fiber matrix with useful structural integrity. EverFlon ®PTFE F500 is designed for machining at medium and high pressure rates from 100:1 to 600:1. It is particularly suitable for the production of high quality tubes, spiral tubes and wire coatings. This grade is also well suited for post-processing techniques such as flanging, welding, blow molding and turning. Processing suggestion EverFlon ®PTFE F500 is extruded using liquid processing AIDS such as naphtha.
