Product name: Beetroot Pulp HS Code: HS Code: 230320 Origin: Egypt Form: Pellets specification of sugar beet pulp Pellets (SBPP) Product: - sucrose 7% max. - diameter of bellets: 08-10 mm - Moisture : 09-12% - Protein : 07 % min Beet pulp is a byproduct from the processing of sugar beet which is used as fodder for horses and other livestock. Beet pulp is the fibrous material left over after the sugar is extracted from sugar beets. It is supplied either as dried flakes or as compressed pellets, but when fed to horses it should always be soaked in water first. Composition Despite being a byproduct of sugar beet processing, beet pulp itself is low in sugar and other non-structural carbohydrates, but high in energy and fiber. Among other nutrients, it contains proteins, calcium, and phosphorus. It has no Vitamin A, so additional forage or supplementation is required to provide complete nutrition. Feeding Beet pulp is usually fed to horses in addition to hay, but occasionally is a replacement for hay when fed to very old horses who can no longer chew properly. A standard ration of beet pulp for horses is usually 2 to 5 pounds (0.9 to 2.3 kg) dry weight. Before feeding to horses, beet pulp is usually soaked in water, at a ratio of one part pulp to about four parts water. The maximum amount of water is absorbed after three to four hours, but it may be soaked for as little as one to two hours, especially in hot weather when there is a risk of fermentation. Most commercial feeds designed for geriatric horses contain large amounts of beet pulp and are fed straight out of the bag without being soaked, and manufacturer's directions generally recommend giving such feeds dry unless the horse has dental issues that make chewing difficult. Beet pulp is not usually soaked before feeding to cattle, sheep, and goats. Dehydrated beet pulp has a good nutritive value for ruminants. It is also fed to poultry, pigs, and rabbits. Beet pulp can also be fed wet, pressed, or ensiled. We are ready for Container orders or even bulk vessel CONTACT US NOW FOR MORE INFO (24/7)
Wood pellets are small, cylindrical, and compressed particles made from wood waste, sawdust, or wood shavings. These pellets are a sustainable and efficient source of biofuel, primarily used for heating homes, businesses, and industrial facilities. They are a popular choice for biomass energy due to their high energy density and low moisture content, making them easy to store and transport. Wood pellets are considered an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels as they reduce carbon emissions and dependence on non-renewable energy sources when used in specially designed pellet stoves, boilers, and furnaces. They are produced from renewable wood resources, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-conscious energy solution.
Hot Selling 100% Sawdust Biomass Wood Pellets Available for Export Descriptions: Wood pellets are a renewable resource, the fuel that is already widely available in the world nowadays. The sawdust or wood shavings are compressed under great pressure and forced through holes. This is a hot process and the natural lignin in the sawdust/wood shavings melts and binds the dust together, holding the pellet in shape and giving it that characteristic sheen on the outside Economic efficiency: Wood pellets are extremely dense and can be produced with a low moisture content (below 10%) that allows them to be burned with a very high combustion efficiency. Their high density also permits compact storage and rational transport over long distances. Electricity generated from pellets in converted coal plants is almost the same cost as electricity generated from natural gas, diesel. Environmentally friendly: Wood pellets are a sustainable fuel that can deliver a significant reduction in net carbon emissions when compared with fossil fuels. Its production and use also bring additional environmental and social benefits. Using scopes: Biomass fuels replace fossil fuels in power plants, stoves, the boiler of textile, food, leather, animal feeding, dye industrial, and animal bedding.
We are a professional manufacturer which is specialized in producing compressed wood pellets. Our material is 100% natural wood chip, wood saw dust and wood shavings, etc, we do not add any other material into our products, so our products could burn sufficiently, and because it does not contain any sand or glue or other detrimental impurity, the boiler could not be damaged by clinker. Compressed wood pellets could replace coal, the carbon emissions is much less than coal when it is burning, it is widely used in residents heating, generate electricity, industrial heating and other industries. We sincerely hope we could develop with customers together, to create a healthy and beautiful earth home. 25kg woven bags

Donot underestimate our Hardwood Premium wood pellet. We took a wood stove staple that provides a high BTU value and ash levels on par with higher-end options while keeping an affordable price. Get over 8500 BTUs and enjoy an ash level under one percent. Hardwood fuel pellets come from sawmill residuals of hardwood lumber or other residuals from hardwood processing. Due to a higher density in its original form, hardwood tends to burn longer and slower than softwood, but at a lower temperature. However, once hardwood and softwood become pellets, they are compressed to a similar density and burn in a much more similar manner. However, hardwood pellets will not burn quite as hot as softwood pellets due to a lower concentration of lignins in the wood. What matters, in the end, is quality whether hardwood or softwood, a wood pellet is only as good as the company making it. The species of wood for the pellets is never the deciding factor.
Wood Pellets are biofuels made from compressed organic matter or biomass. Wood pellets are the most common type of pellet fuel and are generally made from compacted sawdust related industrial wastes of lumber, manufacture of furniture, and construction
