A jaw coupling is a type of general purpose power transmission coupling that also can be used in motion control (servo) applications. It is designed to transmit torque (by connecting two shafts) while damping system vibrations and accommodating misalignment, which protects other components from damage. Jaw couplings are composed of three parts: two metallic hubs and an elastomer insert called an element, but commonly referred to as a "spider". The three parts press fit together with a jaw from each hub fitted alternately with the lobes of the spider. Jaw coupling torque is transmitted through the elastomer lobes in compression.

Size 3 inch Usage/Application Structure Pipe Material PU Color Multicolor We are one of the widely acclaimed manufacturers and suppliers of Polyurethane Spiders. The offered polyurethane spiders are unique fabrications which are designed for ensuring zero-backlash operation. Our supplied polyurethane spiders are very cost effective spare parts of the coupling applications. Features: - Hard to wear - Easy installation - Easy to maintain
A forged coupling is a type of pipe fitting that is made by forging, a process that uses heat and pressure to shape metal. Forged couplings are typically made of steel, but they can also be made of other metals such as stainless steel, alloy steel, and copper. Forged couplings are stronger and more durable than other types of pipe fittings, such as threaded couplings. They are also less likely to leak. Forged couplings are used in a variety of applications, including water, gas, and oil pipelines, as well as in industrial and construction applications. Here are some of the technical specifications of forged couplings: Material: Steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper Class: 2000, 3000, 6000, 9000 Size: 1/8 to 4" End type: Socket weld, threaded, flanged Size: Typically available in sizes from 1/2 inch to 12 inches
COUPLING Material: steel Material grade: 20#,16Mn Weight:5.69kg Process:stamping+welding Surface treatment:black painting Description: A coupling is a device used to connect two shafts together at their ends for the purpose of transmitting power. Couplings do not normally allow disconnection of shafts during operation, however there are torque limiting.
we specialize in: chain couplings, Jaw couplings, flexible couplings, HRC couplings, NM couplings, MH couplings, Pin coupling, Spacer Coupling, Flange Coupling, Sleeve Coupling, nylon sleeve coupling. We also can supply products according to drawings or samples. Please feel free to contact us with any enquiries.
