Graphite surface treatment with tsk
Key features
Given the growing graphite is widely applied in industry, lack of material there to shake chuchen, the division began to develop the graphitesurface treatment to solve this problem, do vgi or sic for the graphite surface treatment technology has further breakthroughs can be applied to semiconductors, optoelectronics other industries.
Vgi is mainly used in surface treatment temperature below 600 degrees-environment.
Sic is mainly used in surface treatment temperature below 1300 degrees environments.
Payment terms: d/a , t/t , l/c
The chemical properties of graphite are very stable, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good conductivity. Therefore, graphite can be used as refractory material, sealing material, conductive material, and is widely used in high temperature metallurgy, sand finding, paint lubricant, pencil lead, pigment, polishing agent, petrochemical industry, synthetic fiber, heater and other industries.
Natural graphite
Mill scale, is formed on the outer surfaces of plates, sheets or profiles when they are being produced by rolling hot iron or steel billets in rolling or steel mills. It looks like a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in color. Being produced during the reheating, conditioning and hot rolling operation for the production of steel articles, the mill scale initially adheres to the steel surface and protects it from atmospheric corrosion, provided no break occurs in this coating. From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the european environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows: Einecs (european commission no.): 266-007-8 Waste code: 10 02 10 Basel code: b 12 30 Hs code: 2619.00
We are glad to propose 500 MT of stain less steel mill scale. Mill scale is formed on the outer surfaces during by the hot rolling lamination of stainless-steel products. At a visual inspection the material is a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in colour, but it also contains considerable alloying elements such as chromium and nickel. The recovery ratio after melting in furnace for the most valuable alloy elements is: - Ni: 3.5 - 4.5% - Cr: 6-8% From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the European environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list. In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows: Waste code: 10 02 10 The material is stored on cemented flooring, and it can be loaded loose in tipper trucks or containers. Chemical analysis of the material is available on request.

Bleaching Earth: We are a reliable industrial source for availing Bleaching Earth . Bleaching Earths have been used in the refinement of edible oils and fats since the end of the 19th century. Naturally-active Bleaching Earth has been used under the name of Fuller’s Earth since about 1880. Bentonite can be transformed into highly active Bleaching Earths by treatment with acid. We source Bleaching Earth from one of the leading producers, with manufacturing capacities in India, Malaysia, and Belgium. They use the unique filter less technology to produce superior and efficient Bleaching Earth for the Edible Oil Industry. Major Applications: - Purification of Edible oil : Soya Bean Oil, Cotton Seed Oil, Palm Oil, Rapseed Oil, Sunflower Oil, Safflower Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Corn Oil, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Seasame Oil - Non edible oils : Fish oil, lard oil, Fish wax, and Waste oil / used oil, Aluminum rolling oil, Waste edible oil, Biofuel etc. - Used as Clay Catalyst in petroleum fractionating - Wax refining : Paraffin Wax, Vegetable Wax, Fish wax, Petroleum Jelly.
Calcined Bauxite: Calcined Bauxite is obtained by calcining (heating) superior grade Bauxite at high temperature (from 850 oC to 1600 oC). This removes moisture thereby increasing the alumina content. Compared to an alumina content of about 57 % to 58 % in raw Bauxite, Calcined Bauxite has an alumina content of 82 % to 86 %. The heating is carried out in rotary kilns. Calcination is done at different temperatures ranging from 850 oC to 1600 oC depending upon the customer’s application. We export Calcined Bauxite for various applications such as refractory bricks, abrasives, steel polishing, etc. We provide consistency in quality and availability of Calcined Bauxite at extremely competitive prices. Applications of Calcined Bauxite: Refractory Grade Calcined Bauxite (CB - I and CB - II Grade) : To make refractory grade, Bauxite is thermally treated at 1600 oC to produce Calcined Bauxite where the Alumina content is mostly above 82%. Brown Fused Alumina, Proppants and Road Surfacing : To make the above grades, Bauxite is thermally treated at 1000 oC - 1200 oC to produce Calcined Bauxite where the Alumina content is anywhere between 80-88% depending on the requirement. Minimum Order Quantity : 1 Containers
