CAISON brand CD series cationic water based pigment paste (adult underwear safety) is professionally used for dyeing of cotton, linen, polyester, acrylic and variety of blended fabrics, garments and yarn. Compared with the traditional pigment paste dyeing, CD series pigment paste dyeing is process simplification, and doesn't need cationization pretreatment of coton or blended fabrics. It can dye textile directly with "one bath dyeing", so less dyed wastewater, lower energy consumption, leveling agent no needed, it saves the dyeing time and material costs. But some special characteristics nees to be explained: 1. CD series cationic water based pigment paste fully meets the standard of Oeko-Tex100:2017 (Class II) (content limited requirement of formaldehyde, heavy metals, phthalates, APEO and 24 kinds of prohibited aromatic amine); in line with the EU REACH regulations of SVHC (178 kinds limited substances issued the latest ). 2. The dyed textiles don't need grafting or washing, its process is more simpler, the operation is more convenient, the dyeing rate is higher. Pre-dyeing conditions and the best dyeing liquid PH value for different fabrics has different requirement, and you can contact our technical support. 3. Compared with the modified dyeing with traditionalwater-based pigment paste, water consumption is less, wastewater emissions is reduced, so it doesn't only save water , but also save the cost of wastewater treatment. 4. Dyeing cycle is shorter than the traditional pigment paste, further reduce the consumption of additives, water and energy. It is currently leading eco-friendly and energy saving pigment paste.
