The WLE Series steam generator is heated by thermal fluid boiler, it is a high efficienty and cost saving system which can provide high temperature and steam at the same time. It is frequently required by factories that they need thermal oil heating system and the steam generator at the same time, and our WLE thermal oil heater can satisfy this requirement. Compared with seperate heating system and steam generator, WLE system reduce the investment cost and maintenance cost greatly. Working Principle When the high temperature thermal oil flows through the tube, the heat will turn the water into saturated steam, the steam will release and be used. Application of Thermal Fluid Heated Steam Generator Thermal Oil Steam Generator usually be used with thermal oil heater. Widely applied in food processing, rubber industrial, wood processing, oil production industrial, etc. It can meet the requirement of using one thermal oil heater to get hot thermal oil and steam at the same time which saving a lot of equipment investment and labor cost. It uses the continuous circulated thermal oil to generate steam which can replace the steam boiler.
