Properties: The product is a white crystalline powder or a sandy-size granularity, and a pinkish crystalline powder or a sandy-size granularity as well. Sp.gr.2.953.01g/cm3, melting point about 1000centigrade, specific heat 1.056j/gcentigradeat 18100centigrade. Its slightly soluble in water, but insoluble in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. The content of its crystal water will be decreased while the increasing of the molecular ratio, therefore its loss on ignition will be also decreased while the increasing of the molecular ratio. After the paste of synthetic cryolite with different molecular ratio dehydrates, the loss on ignition at 800centigrade will appear 10.34%, 6.22% and 2.56% when the molecular ratio reaches 1.74, 2.14 and 2.63 reactively.

Application

Finish treatment before vehicle glass coating is dependent on finish conditions, and it is critical to the practice, for inferior treatment may influence the adhesiveness and basic performance of glass coating film, thus please determine whether it needs iron powder removal, grinding and polishing, and air gun blow-off procedures on basis of the finish conditions, but do note that degreasing is necessary
Other Information

After completion of whole vehicle Si-901 glass coating practice, postpone for above 2 hours to carry out X-03 protectant practice;

1. Jiggle before practice, spray X-03 protectant on the finish, 4 to 5 times for half the hood.;
2. Use a dry towel to gently wipe in alternate lateral and vertical linearly, then use another dry towel to wipe with polishing brightness to complete;
3. It is recommended a practice of X-03 protectant for every 3-6 months of the vehicle to better protect the glass coating film.
Notice: Do not use excessive quantity leading to nonuniform practice
